Andrew I. Panken practices in the areas of income tax and estate planning, tax controversies and related corporate work involved in effectuating tax planning strategies. Mr. Panken, who received his B.A. (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), 1974; J.D., 1977; and LL.M., in Taxation, 1982 from New York University, was trial attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, 1977-1982. He is a member of the White Plains and Westchester County Bar Associations.
