David M. Stern furnishes tax advisory and representation services to clients of the firm as well as to practicing accountants, attorneys and their respective clients. He has tried cases in the United States Tax Court and the Federal Courts of Appeals and routinely conducts tax matters before state and local administrative and judicial bodies. Mr. Stern holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from The George Washington University, a law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Master of Laws (in Taxation) from New York University School of Law. He also is a certified public accountant and is a frequent speaker before various professional groups.
